Hey, everyone… Here is an excerpt from my latest tutorial, as I had promised some that I would answer the question of how I color grayscale.. If you want the whole tutorial, it is part of several hours of narrated footage on 2 pieces of art you can get here: www.udemy.com/how-to-digital-p…
I will be adding more to this tutorial, so if you have already bought it, you will instantly have access to anything new I add. Also, creating a pdf with additional info such as tools, settings, etc. Thanks of your support.

I knew the color option on the brush, but for me it comes off so flat, dark and plain-ish, but I guess for that I would need to use the dodge and burn tool, something i never really use. This was really helpfull and thanks for making this! (got it in my mail as well, thanks for the time!)

Thanks! Yeah, dodge and burn is helpful- but more than that, color mode is mostly a "base" that I apply. It leaps you forward int eh coloring process, and then you still need to go in and dodge and burn- but also go back into normal mode with opacity for final touches. :)

Ah, that way works much better than the process I was using. I will certainly keep this in mind. Thanks so much for sharing :D
